Old Mutual PLC
Old Mutual PLC demutualised in 1999 and listed on both the, London Stock Exchange as well as the Johannesburg Stock Exchange and 3 other African exchanges. The 3.8 million policy holders received various documentation over this 18 month process culminating in the listing in 1999.
Ince ran the project to communicate with the policy holders over this period. We interacted with the London-based advisors surrounding the listing.
Ince has partnered with Old Mutual for over 17 years since then with the publishing of their stock exchange news, analyst presentations, financial printing and advertising, dividend runs and more.
Donald Gordon, a prominent London businessman, founded the Liberty Life Association of Africa in 1957 out of which he formed Transatlantic Insurance Holdings plc, which became Liberty International, in 1980.
Donald listed Liberty International on the London Stock Exchange in 1981 and Ince managed all the required regulatory documentation for this listing.
Liberty International subsequently changed its name to Intu Properties Plc.
